3-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every first order of a VPS or RDP plan is covered by a full money-back guarantee for 3 days from activation. If the service isn't right for you, you get your money back — no forms, no arguing.
1. What is covered
The first order of any Linux VPS, Windows VPS or Admin RDP plan qualifies for a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) of the service being activated, for any reason.
2. What is not covered
— Renewal payments (cancel before the renewal date instead — there is no contract or cancellation fee).
— Services suspended or terminated for violating our terms of service (abuse, spam, attacks, illegal content).
— Add-ons already consumed, such as extra bandwidth or additional IP addresses that have been used.
— Repeated refund requests from the same customer used to rotate through free service periods.
3. How to request a refund
Open a ticket from your client dashboard or email [email protected] from your registered address within the 3-day window. Include your order number. That's all.
4. Processing time
Refunds are confirmed within 24 hours and returned via the original payment method. Card refunds typically settle in 3–10 business days depending on your bank. Cryptocurrency refunds are sent to the originating wallet at the current exchange equivalent of the paid amount, usually within 24 hours.
5. Cancellations after the guarantee window
You can cancel any service at any time from the dashboard — cancellation stops future billing immediately and the service remains active until the end of the paid period. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum contract.
