Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
DropVPS ("we", "us") provides virtual private server hosting — Linux VPS, Windows VPS and Admin RDP — operated from Dubai, UAE. You can reach us any time at [email protected].
2. What we collect
Account data — name, email address and password hash when you register in the client dashboard.
Billing data — order history and payment references. Card and cryptocurrency payments are processed by our payment providers; we never store full card numbers or wallet private data.
Service data — the IP addresses assigned to your servers, resource usage metrics (CPU, RAM, bandwidth) needed to operate and bill the service, and support ticket contents.
Website data — standard server logs (IP, user-agent, pages visited) and analytics events via Google Analytics.
3. What we do NOT collect
We do not inspect, scan or log the contents of your VPS disk or your network traffic in the normal course of business. Your server is yours. We only examine a server when required to respond to abuse reports, legal obligations, or at your explicit request during support.
4. How we use your data
To provision and operate your servers, process payments, respond to support requests, send service notifications (maintenance, renewals, security), prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the website. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
5. Cookies
We use a session cookie for dashboard login, a preference cookie for language/banner choices, and Google Analytics cookies for aggregate traffic statistics. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting the service.
6. Data sharing
We share data only with processors necessary to run the service: datacenter partners (server provisioning), payment processors (billing), and email delivery providers (transactional mail). Each processor is bound by its own data protection terms. We disclose data to authorities only when legally compelled by a valid request applicable to our jurisdiction.
7. Data retention
Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account is active and for the period required by accounting regulations afterwards. Server data is destroyed when a service is cancelled and its storage is securely recycled. Support tickets are retained for quality and dispute-resolution purposes.
8. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated personal data (subject to legally-required billing records). Email [email protected] from your registered address and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Security
Passwords are stored hashed, dashboard traffic is TLS-encrypted, our infrastructure is firewalled and monitored, and internal access to customer data is restricted to staff who need it for support and operations.
10. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be announced by email to active customers.
